Eastern Community Legal Centre (ECLC) works with communities and community members living in Boroondara, Knox, Manningham, Maroondah, Whitehorse and Yarra Ranges. It provides free legal and other services to people living in this region from three office locations and other outreach locations:

Box Hill

The Box Hill office serves the inner eastern suburbs in the cities of Boroondara, Manningham and Whitehorse.

It provides outreach services in Ashburton, Bulleen, at Deakin University, in Hawthorn and at Ringwood Magistrates’ Court.

Boronia

The Boronia office serves the outer eastern suburbs in the cities of Knox and Maroondah.

It provides outreach services at Ringwood Family Relationship Centre, Ringwood Magistrates’ Court and in Rowville.

Healesville

The Healesville office serves the Yarra Ranges. It provides outreach services in Lilydale, Monbulk, at Ringwood Magistrates’ Court and in Yarra Junction.
