Challenge Yourself: Are You Ageist?

Ageism can show up in everyday thoughts, language and assumptions—often without us realising.

Taking time to reflect is an important step in preventing elder abuse and building more respectful, inclusive communities.

Take the “Am I Ageist?” quiz

This quick, interactive quiz helps you explore your own attitudes and better understand how ageism may influence the way we think and act.
