Initial advice about new matters is available during the day and at also at night. All residents of ECLC’s catchment area are entitled to attend for advice. ECLC offers clients face to face interviews, by appointment. ECLC is not able to offer advice on every area of the law, however it does offer a broad range of advice services.

Our guidelines, about the types of matters we advise on, are designed to assist the most disadvantaged members of the community. They also attempt to avoid duplicate services and are dependent on the experience and expertise of our staff and volunteers.
